Bookings:

Once your chosen dates have been confirmed, a non refundable deposit is required to secure your place.The remainder of the balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Any dates booked within 8 weeks of the start date must be paid in full.

Cancellations:

Up to 8 weeks before the start of your holiday = loss of deposit.

Less then 8 weeks before the start of your holiday= 100% of the total price lost

Liability:

The owners of Etang de Kingshaw accept no liability in any way for loss or damage to any of its guests property or any injury caused whilst on the fishery. We recommend that each guest takes out adequate insurance to cover themselves for such incidents.
